Le Piane - Colline Novaresi Nebbiolo 2024This Nebbiolo is tipped with 5% Vespolina grapes from the Novara hills, in Altopiemonte. After a native ferment and 6 days of maceration, this aged nine months in steel. Tart cherry, red currant, perfumed red florals run the slender, lofted palate, hugged tightly with sticky grippy nebbiolo tannins through the white pepper finish. Enjoy this youthful wine with a slight chill, and something savoury to meet those tannins (pizza night works).
