I Vigneri - Vinudilice 2020 MontefalcoCool stones, graphite, then wild strawberries, figs, raspberries and watermelon, lots of herbs from fresh thyme, sage to wild mint and tarragon, not forgetting those subtle notes of noble light tobacco. 30 hours, addition of indigenous yeasts, fermentation in steel tanks, minimal filtration and no sulphur added during bottling in May.
