19th Century Large Maple Tea Caddy With Fitted Interior & Lock/Key. Antiquarian BooksA striking 19th century maple tea caddy of large proportions, with fitted interior and working lock and key. The tea caddy boasts a high gloss maple exterior with bun feet. The hinged lid opens to reveal a green baize lined three compartment interior with two maple lids and a Greek key etched glass mixing bowl. The tea caddy is in an excellent condition throughout. The second daguerreotype appears to have suffered prolonged exposure to sunlight at some point in its past

flowers and wheat and would have decorated the church altar between late summer and mid-autumn in celebration of harvest

The case is in a completely original condition and as such there are scuffs to the exterior leather and some marking to the interior of some of the drawers from previous use

The painting remains in an excellent condition
