Summit BockThe final release in our fifth anniversary IPA series is the biggest beer we've ever done. Inspired by our good friends at Third Moon, Summit is our first ever quintuple IPA. Brewed with a huge amount of Superdelic, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Hyperboost, and Citra, we're getting notes of pithy orange, grapefruit and white wine grape.

A powerfull blend of blond and dark barrelaged beers flavoured with Bergamot and lime-honey

For making this cyser trójniak we used Szara Reneta apple juice together with a mix of acacia and goldenrod honey

with 50% aging in Buffalo Trace for 40 months

most of the barrels were sold in 2006 to Urium

A bourbon barrel aged imperial stout aged in Heaven Hill barrels for 18 months before being treated with raw coconut flakes

Wild Turkey Rye/14mo

two and three-year-old Danish Wild Ales aged in white wine barrels
