These are all then macerated in Alcohol and White wine and then later added to the white wine and then any left over solids are then distilled and added back into the mix

This rum has a honey sweet forward body which is shortly followed with notes of dried fruits

in particular concerning their maturity and all the phytosanitary processing applied

This is produced using locally sourced ingredients with the main source of flavour coming from their Tarty Rhubarb which is mixed with the other botanicals including Fresh Raspberries to create an intensely Smooth and Sweet Drink with notes of Tarty Citrus Rhubarb and a Raspberry Jam to finish
