Alexis Hudon Clac VDF 2021 (750ml) Manzoni Bianco100% Menu Pineau 13. 5% abv The Menu Pineau vines are 60 years old. Situated in the Loir et Cher. Half of the winemaking process is done in a barrel and the other half in a fiberglass tank. On the nose you can smell lemons and tarragon herbs. There is a reductive smell once opened, but this fades. The palate shows off a fuller bodied white with a rounded mouthfeel. With a citrus zest and white pepper finish. Packed with flowing acidity. Recommend
