ALAKAZAM 2021 Style|No Added SulphurABRACADABRA, the ngoce project of Hannah Fuellenkemper. The project is a real labour of love, we highly recommend following Hannah's blog which offers a refreshingly candid perspective on the highs and lows of making wine. Alakazam is a direct press Chardonnay made with from Ardchois grower Thierry Doulmet in Alba la Romaine. The wine is aged for 2 years in old barrels from Andrea Calek, and not topped up. Beautifully rich yet dangerously drinkable.
