ArteNOM '1579 Confianca' Tequila Blanco SpainAn artisanal selection of Jalisco tequila blanco, distilled by Felipe Camarena in the highland town of Jess Mara at El Pandillo, a very unique tiny distillery. The agave is fermented with rainwater(!), and distilled in small copper pot stills, and is fully additive free. Notes of spearmint, freshly cut grass, and gently cooked agave. This is a beautiful blanco tequilaleave the Casamigos at the door.
