The formulation has been developed such that the vapour lock point can be sustained at a higher level than conventional glycol ether based fluids during the service life of the product

We recommend you replace the gaskets but they may be usable as is

and light commercial vehicles (LCV’s) requiring either a DOT 3 or DOT 4 product (excluding brake systems where a mineral based fluid is specified)

It is strongly recommended that Castrol Brake Fluid DOT 4 should be changed according to the vehicle manufacturer’s advice

some overspray on the sheath from a poor paint job and could do with new tape - see pictures

a 2 year change period is recommended
