We are exceedingly fortunate to have access to a handful of wines made by Ermanno Conti direct from the cellar. Ermannos Boca wines had a short maceration of 2 weeks and 10 years of different ageing stages (oak, perspex and 4 years in bottle) before release they are built on acidity and are simply stunning. 75% Nebbiolo, 20% Vespolina, 5% Uva

with pristine fruit (characteristic of the winery) and the seductive lift of rose petals

This is a ridiculously good wine for the price and one of our great loves

It emerges from a single vineyard and is aged in cask
