Bettschen Steve - Phusis - Metaphusis Arvine Brut Nature Sur Éboulis 2016 (750ml) WellcraftedCarbon dioxide tickles the nose. After a short cough, the wine smells intensely of secondary aromas such as brioche, vanilla and fine wood. Only after a while do citrus blossoms, lemon, grapefruit, mirabelle plum and later rhubarb appear. A sophisticated sparkling wine. Still very young. Likes to be served chilled as an accompaniment to food. At around 14 degrees Celsius in a burgundy glass, it can also accompany a meditative evening.
