Chocokneader is an accessory for the CocoaTown melangers. It mixes the chocolate liquor with nut butter and other ingredients that do not need grinding. It also helps with conching customers use it to mix milk powder with chocolate liquor. Adding milk powder during grinding increases the viscosity of the chocolate liquor.
