This wine has had partial whole bunch fermentation in 4 tonne open fermenters for a duration of 10 days on skins

The Otella Estate Azienda Agricola Ottella was  founded in 1880 and the Montresor family has been grape growers for many generations at the Southern end of Lake Garda

with enough weight to give this real substance
