It features deep straw hues in the glass and offers aromas of butterscotch, citrus crme, lemon meringue, and white tropical fruit. On the palate, it presents rich flavors of ripe Fuji apple, Anjou pear, and peach pie, complemented by fragrant jasmine and tangerine blossom, with a touch of crushed stone minerality. which explains why there is also a longer name (Auxerrois Blanc de Laquenexy) for the grape variety
