in 2012 a freak spring time hail storm basically stripped these vines of their flowers leaving the plants with essentially no fruit for the vintage

This unique white is made from red Xinomavro grapes but is not made in a sparkling style like Champagne

and hints of roses

slowing down ripening and extending the days until harvest

yet also refined

So drinkable now with just the right amount of tannins
